Class Summary

Physical Security Systems - Design & Evaluation (PSSDE) 
progresses from a beginner to an advanced level, providing interactive training in the assessment of your organization's security needs, and the design and evaluation of proposed CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems intended to meet those needs.  You will learn to use proven methodologies, including software based analytical tools, to assist you designing Integrated Security Systems that incorporate the latest in security system technologies.

The processes, tools, technologies and techniques, covered in this course will enable you to improve the effectiveness of your security controls and select the most cost-effective solutions for your specific security needs.

We neither endorse nor represent any vendor.  Instead, we offer an unbiased, systematic approach to determining security system objectives, understanding the principles of operation of the various equipment available and selecting the correct devices for your application.
